ServiceMaster Clean of North Peel, along with a number of other ServiceMaster Clean businesses in the GTA have developed a COVID-19 advisory team.  This team works together to advise, guide and share best practices that helps to serve all of our customers better during these unprecedented times.  The outcome has allowed for better expertise, response time and most importantly a higher level of customer service.

 

Our customer’s needs are of utmost importance and we pride ourselves on being the best solution for all their commercial cleaning requirements.  We do this by providing a strong team with deep experience that can get the job done right.

 

Meet our Team:

 

Paul Burke:  Paul joined the ServiceMaster family in June 1987.  He took ownership in January 1998 and is responsible for all aspects of the company. Paul has certification through the IICRC in the following areas: Journeyman Textile Cleaner/Odour Control/Commercial Carpet Maintenance/Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning/Water Damage Restoration.

 

Sheila McLean:  Sheila joined our team in October 2007.  She handles all administrative duties including scheduling, receivables, payables, quotations and customer service. 

 

Kelly Sullivan:  Kelly has been with our team since July 2008.  She manages our database and is responsible for sales and customer service.

 

Tony Villanti:  Tony has over 30 years of experience and is responsible for all IT solutions.

 

Mark Wozniak:  Mark joined our team in June 1991.  He is a certified Carpet Technician who has over 30 years of hands on experience in commercial cleaning.

 

Jaime Quintana:  Jaime joined our team in April 2003.  He has certification through the IICRC in the following areas: Carpet Cleaning/Odour Control/Water Damage Restoration/Regional Supervisor.

 

Manny Ogalino:  Manny joined our team in January 2011.  Manny has over 10 years of commercial cleaning experience.

 

Jorge Artega:  Jorge has over 25 years of experience as a professional window cleaner. 

 

Gonzalo Villesenor:  Gonzalo joined our team in February 2016 having 9 years of experience working for another ServiceMaster franchisee.  He has excellent knowledge and experience working with carpet and hard flooring surfaces.

 

Larry Richards:  35+ years window cleaning experience. High level training certification, boom lift operator license.  Larry is highly experienced, very personable and provides excellent workmanship when providing high level cleaning.  Safety is always his main priority working on any job site.

 

Neil Moran:  Neil has 20 years of expertise electrostatically cleaning blind & window coverings.  We also offer replacement at an additional cost if the blind or window covering is not cleanable.  Quality, care and commitment while on the job site is Neil’s strength.

 

Bill Strickland:  Bill is a licensed millwright with 40 years of experience. If something needs fixed or repaired Bill can get it done.  He is a true handyman with tons of knowledge.   

 

Paul Richard:  35+ years pressure washing and power sweeping experience. Paul has high level training certification and his boom lift operator’s license.  He is extremely knowledgeable and committed to satisfying the customer.

 

Billy Paterson:  20 plus years of carpet & flooring replacement. Billy can handle both minor & major repairs. If you need new carpet, plank flooring or VCT tile we’re capable of handling all of your needs.

 

Gustavo Calzato:  Gus comes to us with 35 plus years of painting experience. His commitment to quality and satisfying the customer are second to none.  We can provide color change and handle minor drywall repairs.

Canadian Contribution

Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.

Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
